佳木斯市医药连锁经营现状调研与建议

目的:为规范医药连锁企业经营行为,促进医药连锁行业健康发展寻找切入点。方法:通过对佳木斯市10家医药连锁企业进行实地调研,分析本地医药连锁企业存在的问题,并提出相关建议。结果:目前医药加盟连锁企业素质欠佳,管理混乱,严重影响医药市场的健康发展。结论:医药连锁经营不能一哄而上搞盲目扩张,企业应注重经营质量,强化管理。政府部门应严格审批,加强监督检查,防止和清理不规范的连锁行为。

Status Quo of and Advice for Medical Chain Management

OBJECTIVE:To standardize the conduct of management in medical chain enterprises and facilitate a sound development of medical chain business.METHODS:An on-the-spot survey was conducted among 10 local medical chain stores to analyze the problems existed and bring forward constructive suggestions.RESULTS:The low quality of pharmaceutical chain stores and the disordered management seriously hindered the sound development of medical market.CONCLUSION:The management of medical chain cannot be expanded blindly.Enterprises should focus on the quality of management and strengthen management.The department of government should be strict with examination and approval and strengthen its supervision and examination,and they also should prevent and get rid of non-standard chain conduct.
