| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻I期切除吻合术的疗效和可行性。方法：运用术中结肠灌洗对12例左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻患者行I期切除吻合术。结果：12例患者全部达到I期愈合，术后无一例吻合口瘘发生。结论：使用术中结肠灌洗行I期切除吻合术对治疗左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻疗效好，方法可行。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect and feasibi lity of the one-stage resetion and anastomasis for acute obstruction of the left colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Colonic lavage in operation and one-stage re section and anastomasis were performed in 12 patients suffering from the left co lorectal carcinoma with acute obstruction. Results: All patients had healed by first intention without post operative anastomasis fistula. Conclusion: Colonic lavage in operation and o ne-stage resection and anastomasis has beneficial effect and therefore the ap proach is feasible. |
