昆山市流动人口卫生服务需求及利用和影响因素研究

目的调查昆山市流动人口卫生服务需求、利用和影响因素。方法采取整群抽样的方法从昆山市随机抽取10个工厂,对959名流动人口进行了问卷调查。结果流动人口2周患病率为18.2%,2周就诊率为11.2%,年住院率为3.7%,37.7%的门诊患者和45.7%的住院患者选择社区基层卫生机构;影响其利用卫生服务的因素主要有年龄、婚姻状况、打工时间等。结论流动人口对卫生服务的利用率较低,卫生服务的需求尚未得到满足,需大力提高流动人口卫生服务水平。

Influencing Factors of Demand of Floating Population for Health Service and Its Utilization in Kunshan City

Objective To study the influence factors of demand and utilization of health service by floating population in Kunshan city.Methods Totally 959 persons of floating population in Kunshan city were surveyed by cluster sampling.Results The morbidity and visit rate of the floating population in past two weeks were 18.2% and 11.2% respectively.The hospitalization rate annually was 3.7%.Some 37.7% of the outpatients and 45.7% of the inpatients went to community health service centre.The age,marriage status and duration of doing work were main factors that influence the utilization of health service.Conclusion Floating population have become understanding of the health service and start to utilize it.But their demand for health service has not been met in Kunshan city.They expect to receive the medical care that saves time and money,and with no discrimination.
