The state-owned assets management mainly includes allocation,utilization and disposal of assets.In order to safeguard the security and integrity of the state-owned assets,the hospital must fully implement the state-owned asset management approach,or it will lead to the unreasonable allocation of assets and the low efficient use.In addition to the study of the state-owned assets management approach,this article still focus on the legal liability for the violation of the state-owned asset management approach,in order to advance the legal awareness of hospital leaders and comprehensively protect the security and integrity of the state-owned assets.
