肺癌及乳腺癌患者化疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

目的 探讨化疗对肺癌及乳腺患者细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 采用双色流式细胞术分析15例肺癌及5例乳腺癌患者化疗前后外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化.结果 与正常组比较,化疗前后恶性肿瘤组抑制性T淋巴细胞(Ts)百分率升高,而辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)百分率降低,T辅助/T抑制(Th/Ts)比值显著降低;与化疗未缓解组比较,化疗缓解组Ts百分率所占比例下降,而Th细胞百分率及Th/Ts比值上升.结论 肺癌及乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能低下,化疗缓解后细胞免疫功能有所改善,但仍低于正常组.

The Changes of T-Lymphocytes Subsets in Patients with Lung Cancer and Breast Cancer Undergoing the Chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the influence of chemotherapy to the cellular immune function in patients with lung cancer and breast caner. Methods T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry in the peripheral blood of lung cancer patients (n=15) and breast cancer patients (n=5). Results Compared with the normal group, the patients with carcinoma showed a significant decrease in percentage of T helper cells and the ratio of T helper/suppressor cells, but an increase in percentage of T suppressor cells; Compared with chemotherapy ineffectiveness, the chemotherapy remission showed a decrease in percentage of T suppressor cells but an increase in percentage of T helper cells and the ratio of T helper/suppressor cells. Conclusions Cancer patients have lower cellular immune function, their cellular immune function is improved after effective treatment, but still lower than the normal group.
