脑卒中偏瘫的康复护理

目的:探索脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体康复护理方法。方法:选取脑卒中偏瘫患者64例,按拟定的康复训练计划给予训练;对比护理前后的肌力变化和日常生活活动能力。结果:所有偏瘫肢体的肌力均有不同程度的改善,患者的日常生活活动能力Barthel指数记分比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:通过肢体康复运动训练及日常生活活动训练,能促进患者肌力恢复,改善日常生活活动能力,明显提高生存质量。

Nursing in rehabilitation of the patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebral stroke

Objective: To explore the approaches of nursing in rehabilitation of patient's extremities with hemiparalysis caused by cerebral stroke. Methods: 64 patients with hemiparalysis were given planed physical exercises and compared the improvement of myodynamia and daily mobility. Results: The improvement of myodynamia was shown, to some extent, in all patients with hemiparalysis and significant difference was seen (P<0.01) in comparison of Barthel exponential score. Conclusion: The myodynamia, viability, daily mobility as well as life quality can be improved through rehabilitated exercises of extremities and daily exercises.
