枸橼酸咖啡因与氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸暂停临床疗效对比分析

目的：分析枸橼酸咖啡因与氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的临床疗效比较。方法：以我院新生儿科2012年10月至2013年10月期间收治的32例早产儿呼吸暂停作为对照组，我院新生儿科2013年11月至2014年11月期间收治的32例早产儿呼吸暂停作为治疗组，两组患儿都在非药物治疗的基础上，对照组给予氨茶碱治疗，治疗组给予枸橼酸咖啡因治疗，回顾分析两组患儿的临床疗效，观察不良反应。结果：治疗组的临床总有效率为96.9%，高于对照组的75.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组患儿在治疗期间无发生不良反应病例，对照组有2例患儿用药时出现烦躁、心率增快，停药后症状消失。结论：枸椽酸咖啡因治疗早产儿呼吸暂停安全，副作用少，可作为治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的一种选择。

Comparative Analysis of Caffeine and Aminohylline Citrate Clinical Curative Effect in the Treatment of Premature Infants with Apnea

Objective: Comparative analysis of caffeine and aminohylline citrate clinical curative effect in the treatment of premature infants with apnea. Methods: 32 cases of prematurity infants with apnea treated in neonatal department of our hospital during October 2012 to October 2013 as the control group, the other 32 cases of prematurity infants with apnea treated in neonatal department of our hospital during November 2013 to November 2014 as the treatment group. Based on non drug therapy of two groups, added by two type of drug therapy, the control group were given aminophylline treatment, the treatment group was added with caffeine citrate treatment; retrospective analysis of two groups of children. Results: With caffeine citrate treatment, the clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group; treatment efficiency between two groups has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Caffeine citrate therapy for prematurity infants with apnea is safety and less side effects, affeine citrate is the preferred drug for treatment of premature infants with apnea.
