| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补肾活血方药联合低分子肝素治疗血栓前状态所致复发性流产的临床疗效。 方法：将90例血栓前状态所致复发性流产的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。在基础黄体支持治疗基础上,治疗组加予补肾活血方药联合低分子肝素治疗,对照组加予低分子肝素治疗。两组疗程均为30日,观察比较孕12周胚胎存活率、凝血相关指标纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体(D-Dimer)水平的变化情况。 结果：①治疗组孕12周胚胎存活率为86.67％,对照组为71.11％,组间孕12周胚胎存活率比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组FIB、D-Dimer水平差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)；组间治疗后比较,FIB、D-Dimer水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论：补肾活血方药联合低分子肝素治疗早期复发性流产血栓前状态的疗效满意,可显著改善患者的血栓前状态,提高保胎成功率。
