摘    要:  目的:建立乌饭树叶中主要活性成分乌饭树苷的含量测定方法。  方法:利用染色活性跟踪法,分离鉴定有效成分;采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量,色谱柱为Cosmosil-5C18 - PAQ(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),流动相为0.3%乙酸溶液乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长320 nm。  结果:乌饭树苷为乌饭树叶主要有效成分,其色谱分析的分离度良好,在0.052 08 ~ 0.520 8 g/L范围内线性良好,r值为0.999 8,加样回收率为98.61%。  结论:该有效成分测定方法灵敏度高,结果准确、简便,可为乌饭树叶的质量控制方法提供参考。
