| 摘 要： | 目的:通过定量测定正常妊娠妇女与自然流产患者血清中sHLA-G,探讨sHLA-G的水平与自然流产的关系。方法:采用ELISA法定量检测16例正常妊娠妇女和16例自然流产患者血清中的sHLA-G水平。结果:正常妊娠组血清中sHLA-G的浓度为(1.37±1.44)IU/ml;自然流产组为(0.57±0.27)IU/ml。自然流产组sHLA-G水平明显低于正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:血清中sHLA-G水平在维持妊娠的过程中有重要作用,低水平的sHLA-G与自然流产具有一定的关联性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the relationship of soluble human leukocyte antigen G（sHLA-G）level and incidence of spontaneous abortion by detecting the level of sHLA-G in normal pregnancies.Methods： We respectively detected the serum levels of sHLA-G in 16 normal pregnant women and another 16 with spontaneous abortion by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results： The average level of sHLA-G was（1.37±1.44） IU/ml for normal pregnancies and（0.57±0.27）IU/ml for patients with spontaneous abortion.The two groups were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion： Maternal serum level of sHLA-G is of important role in maintenance of early pregnancy and spontaneous abortion is associated with reduced sHLA-G concentration. |
