子宫内膜异位症患者异位和在位子宫内膜ER和PR的表达

摘    要:目的 研究雌激素受体 (ER)和孕激素受体 (PR)在子宫内膜异位症 (EM)患者的异位和在位内膜中的表达。 方法 采用免疫组织化学 SP法分别检测 4 5例 EM(研究组 )的异位和在位内膜及 32例子宫肌瘤 (对照组 )的在位内膜中 ER、PR的表达。利用图像分析仪测定相应密度代表其表达强度。 结果 研究组异位内膜中ER、PR、ER/PR和在位内膜中 ER/PR的表达显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且均发生于增殖期。异位内膜中 ER、PR及在位内膜中 ER丧失周期性变化规律。 结论 异位内膜 ER、PR、ER/PR和在位内膜 ER/PR的低表达及异位内膜 ER、PR和在位内膜 ER丧失周期性变化规律特点可能与 EM的发生发展有关

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of ER and PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis. Methods The expression of ER and PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 45 patients with endometriosis(study group) and in 32 patients with uterine fibroid(control group). Image dissector was used to determine corresponding density that represents its expression intensity. Results The expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium and the ratio of ER and PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium are lower than that of control group(P<0.05). And they are found in proliferative phase. The expressions of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium and the expression of ER in eutopic endometrium lose the character of changing in a phase depended manner during the menstrual cycle. Conclusion The low expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium and the low ratio of ER and PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium and losing the character of changing in menstrual cycle may be related to the pathogenesis of EM.
