孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效观察

目的评估孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大的鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸、夜间憋醒等临床症状的疗效。方法 53例3~8岁患腺样体肥大儿童,分为治疗组和手术组。观察治疗组治疗后3、6个月鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸、夜间憋醒的评分变化与手术组进行比较。结果治疗组治疗6个月后鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸、夜间憋醒改善程度和手术组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿腺样体肥大患儿的鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸、夜间憋醒等临床症状疗效显著。

Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Adenoidal Hypertrophy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the clinical symptoms of adenoidal hypertrophy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of nasal obstruction, snoring, mouth breathing, nocturnal arousal. Methods 53 cases with 3-8 years of age suffering from adenoid hypertrophy in children, divided into treatment group and surgical group. Observation and treatment groups 3 and 6 months after treatment of nasal obstruction, snoring, mouth breathing, night arousal score changes compared with the surgical group.Result The treatment group after 6 months of treatment, nasal congestion, snoring, mouth breathing, arousal at night to improve the extent and surgical group no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion of montelukast sodium treatment of children with adenoidal hypertrophy in children with nasal obstruction, snoring, the clinical symptoms of mouth breathing, nocturnal arousal effect is significant.
