不同麻醉方式对胃癌根治术患者围术期炎性细胞因子的影响

目的比较全凭静脉麻醉与静吸复合全身麻醉对于胃癌根治术患者围术期炎性细胞因子的影响。方法胃癌患者80例,随机均分为全凭静脉麻醉组(Ⅰ组)和静吸复合麻醉组(Ⅱ组),测定两组患者麻醉前、术后4h、24h,血清细胞因子IL-6和IL-8水平。结果两组血清IL-6和IL-8水平在术后4h、24h均显著升高(P<0.05);术后4h、24hⅠ组血清IL-6和IL-8水平显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论全凭静脉麻醉较静吸复合麻醉能够更有效地减轻胃癌根治术患者围手术期血清IL-6和IL-8浓度的升高,从而更有效的降低围手术期的应激反应。

Effect of Different Methods of Anesthesia on Inflammatory Reaction in Patients Underwent Gastric Cancer Radical Excision during Peri-operation Period

Objective To compare the effects of balanced anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia on inflammatory cytokines in breast cancer patients. Methods Eighty gastric cancer patients undergoing cholecystectomy were randomly assigned to two groups with 40 cases each. Balanced anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia were used in two groups （group I and group Ⅱ ） . Blood samples were collected before induction of anaesthesia, at 4h, 24h after skin incision. The serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） . Results The serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly increased at 4h, 24h after skin incision compared with those before in both groups （P〈0.05） . The serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 at 4h, 24h after skin incision was significantly lower in group I than that in group Ⅱ （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The total intravenous anesthesia can reduce the stress response during peri-operation period effectively than the balanced anesthesia.
