干扰素联合清肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效研究

目的探讨干扰素联合清肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的78例慢性乙型肝炎患者采用随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组39例患者采用干扰素进行治疗,治疗组39例患者采用干扰素联合中药清肝汤进行治疗,疗程均为6个月。以ALT复常率、HBeAg、HBV-DNA转阴率及应答率为指标评价药物疗效。结果两组患者经治疗后,治疗组ALT复常率、血清HBeAg、HBV-DNA转阴率及应答率分别为:82.1%、64.5%、71.6%、69.6%,与对照组70.2%、51.9%、60.5%、57.3%相比较,4项指标均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论干扰素联合清肝汤治疗能够显著提高慢性乙型肝炎患者的ALT复常率、HBeAg、HBV-DNA转阴率及应答率,具有显著疗效,值得在临床进一步推广。

Study on the Clinical Effect of Interferon Combined with QingGan Decoction in Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of interferon combined with QingGan decoction in chronic hepatitis B therapy. Methods 78 cases of chronic hepatitis patients who were admitted into our hospital were divided into control group and treat group randomly, the 39 cases of control group were treated with interferon, and the 39 cases of treat group were treated with interferon combined with QingGan decoction, the course of treatment for both group were 6 months. ALT regular rate, I-1BeAg, HBV-DNA negative conversion rate and response rate were selected as the indicaters for efficacy of drugs. Results Aider the treatment, the ALT regular rate, I-IBeAg, HBV-DNA negative conversion rate and response rate of the treat group were 82.1%, 64.5%, 71.6%, 69.6%, compared with 70.2%, 51.9%, 60.5%, 57.3% of control group, has a significant difference in all of the 4 indicators（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interferon combined with QingGan decoction has a significant effect on increasing the ALT regular rate, HbeAg, HBV-DNA negative conversion rate and response rate in chronic hepatitis B patients, and has a good effect. This method worth to be promoted in the clinical therapy.
