俯卧位体位安置的护理干预

目的研究俯卧位体位安置的护理干预。方法选取2008年3月至2011年12月期间的手术患者50例,50例患者在手术过程中均进行俯卧位体位安置护理干预,对50例患者的术中舒适度、体位安置难易程度、体位安置所需时间以及体位安置所需人数进行调查分析,从而研究俯卧位体位安置的护理干预。结果 50例患者中,术中感觉舒适的有39例,感觉不适的有11例,体位安置较容易的有43例,体位安置较困难的有7例,50例患者体位安置的平均使用时间为(3.27±1.62)min,体位安置所需人数平均为1~2人左右。结论俯卧位体位安置的护理干预可以使体位安置更加简单快捷,使患者感觉舒适,而且能够有效减少体位安置所需时间,减少体位安置所需人数,医学领域应该不断改进干预手段,探索更加有效的护理措施,为更多的患者消除病痛。

Prone Positioning Nursing Intervention

Objective Study the nursing intervention of prone position placement. Methods From 2008 March to 2011 December during the operation in 50 patients, 50 patients in operation process are prone body position nursing intervention, in 50 patients with intraoperative comfort, ease of positioning, positioning and positioning the time required for the required number of investigation, so as to study prone positioning nursing intervention. Results 50 cases, intraoperative feel comfortable in39 patients, 11 patients feel discomfort, positioning easier in 43 cases, positioning more difficult in 7 cases, 50cases of patients with body position using the average time for （3.27±1.62） min, positioning the number of required average of 1 to 2 people. Conclusion The prone position positioning nursing intervention can make the body position is more simple and shortcut, the patients feel comfortable, but also can effectively reduce the time required for positioning, reducing the number of desired positioning, the medical field should constantly improve the means of intervention, to explore more effective nursing measures, as more patients to eliminate pain.
