甘精胰岛素与预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的比较

目的:调查河南地区2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者,分析甘精胰岛素联合糖苷酶抑制剂与预混胰岛素治疗T2DM的疗效及低血糖发生率。方法:选取自2010年11月至2011年11月,在河南省人民医院门诊及住院诊治的应用口服药物3个月以上且患病低于5年的T2DM患者,抽取血糖控制欠佳且有完整资料的患者239例(男性156例,女性83例)纳入本次分析,随机分2组,分别应用甘精胰岛素联合糖苷酶抑制剂与预混胰岛素,观察12周血糖水平及低血糖发生情况。结果:2组的HbA1c下降明显,下降幅度无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。应用甘精胰岛素联合糖苷酶抑制剂治疗组低血糖发生率明显低于预混胰岛素治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合糖苷酶抑制剂治疗能够有效降糖,同时使低血糖发生率下降。

Comparison of glargine and premixed insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective: To investigate the data of Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients in Henan Province,and analyzed the therapeutic effect and hypoglycemia incidence of Glargine combined with glycosidase inhibitors and premixed insulin in the treatment. Methods: Data collected from type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who were diagnosed and treated by out-patient department or in-patient department in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from Nov 2010 to Nov 2011.Totally 239 subjects(men 156,women 83) with complete material were analyzed in this article.Their course of disease were less than 5 years and therapeutic effect were deficient in oral hypoglycemic agents more than 3 months. Results: The decline of HbA1c was distinct in the two groups,but mean of decline degree was similar(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the Glargine combined with glycosidase inhibitors group was significantly lower than in the premixed insulin group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Glargine combined with glycosidase inhibitors can achieve target blood sugar control and decrease the incidence of hypoglycemia.
