电针对大鼠肠黏膜屏障保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨电针对大鼠肠黏膜屏障保护作用机制.方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为模型对照组(A组)、药物对照组(B组)和电针治疗组(C组)各15只,三组均腹腔内注射5-FU造成肠黏膜损伤模型,模型对照组除在相同时间抓取外不作任何处理,药物对照组灌喂谷氨酰胺,0.5 g/100 g,日1次,电针治疗组电针“足三里”每次30 min,日1次.1周后测定肝脾组织细菌移位菌落数和血清NO、ET含量.结果:电针治疗组和药物对照组大鼠治疗后,血清NO含量明显升高,ET含量降低,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);电针治疗组细菌移位明显高于药物对照组和模型对照组,实验数据无效,考虑实验过程中腹腔麻醉导致腹腔感染导致实验失败.结论:电针足三里可通过调节NO与ET的动态平衡,从而起到保护胃黏膜的作用.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of the protective effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on the rat intestinal mucosal barrier.Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group(group A),the drug control group(group B) and EA treatment group(C),15 in each group.Three groups were given intraperitoneal injection of 5-FU to make intestinal mucosa impairment models.The model control group was not given any treatment except snatching at the same time with other groups,the drug control group was fed with glutamine,0.5 g/100 g once a day.EA group was given EA on the acupoint Zusanli 30 min every time,once a day.The bacterial translocated microbial numbers and serum NO,ET content in the liver and spleen were determined a week after the treatment.Results: The serum NO content significantly increased,while ET content decreased in EA group and drug group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)after the treatment;bacterial translocation of EA group was significantly higher than that of the drug control group and model control group,the experimental data is invalid.In the experiment,the intraperitoneal anesthesia caused the abdominal infection,leading to the failure of the experiment.Conclusion: EA on the acupoint Zusanli can regulate the dynamic balance between NO and ET,which may protect the gastric mucosa.
