600例下睑袋整形术探讨

目的:探讨下睑袋形成的解剖学原因,寻求合适的手术方法。方法:针对600例患者下睑局部的不同解剖形态特点,采用皮肤径路法或下睑结膜径路法进行手术。结果:5例因眶脂去除不够,经再次手术后获得满意结果;4例术后下睑轻度外翻,3个月内自行恢复正常;3例切口瘢痕,6个月内消失;其它效果均满意。结论:根据不同的下睑解剖学形态采用不同的眼袋整形手术方法。

Study on 600 cases of lower eyelid bag plastic surgery

Objective: To investigate the anatomical reasons of lower eyelid bag and seek the suitable operative methods. Methods: According to different anatomical characteristics of lower eyelid,we used skin approach in 524 cases and lower palpebral conjunctiva approach in 76 cases. Results: The satisfactory effects has been gained that 5 cases of orbital fat removal were not enough after reoperation,the postoperative lower eyelid mild outer has recovered to normal in 3 months in 4 cases.the scar has disappeared that 3 cases showed incision scar after postoperation in 6 months.The others were satisfied with the operation. Conclusion: On the basis of different anatomical characteristics of lower eyelid,different lower eyelid bag plastic surgery approach will be used in different type.
