正畸治疗对成人牙周病患者咀嚼效率的影响

目的:观察牙周病患者不同时期咀嚼效率的变化。方法:称重法测量15例牙周病患者在牙周基础治疗前(T1期)、牙周基础治疗后(T2期)、正畸排齐整平阶段(T3期)、正畸精细调整结束(T4期)和保持半年(T5期)时的咀嚼效率,30例健康人作对照组。结果:T1期咀嚼效能(50.78±5.65)约为对照组(89.54±2.51)的一半;T2期略提高(70.96±3.67);T3期略下降(65.26±4.79);T4期提高(73.24±3.35);T5期复查时明显提高(83.22±2.59)。结论:牙周炎引起咀嚼效率下降;牙周基础治疗后咀嚼效率提高;牙周炎患者经过牙周-正畸联合治疗咀嚼效率明显提高,仍低于正常成人。

The effect of orthodontic treatment on masticatory efficiency in adult patients with periodontitis

Objective: Observe the change of masticatory efficiency in the different times. Methods: Masticatory efficiency(Gravimetric method) was evaluated in 15 adult patients with periodontitis before and after periodontic treatment,before and finishing stage,half a year(T1~T5).30 healthy subjects was control group. Results: The masticatory efficiency in T1 is(50.78±5.65),almost half of the control group(89.54±2.51);masticatory efficiency improved(70.96±3.67)in T2;masticatory efficiency decreases(65.26±4.79) in T3;masticatory efficiency increases(73.24±3.35)in T4;masticatory efficiency improves significantly(83.22±2.59)in T5. Conclusion: Masticatory efficiency was decreased in patient with periodontitis;the periodontic treatment can improve masticatory efficiency;after periodontal-orthodontic treatment,masticatory efficiency improved but still lower than the normal.
