| 摘 要： | 《伤寒论》中三阴三阳是对外感病的阴阳划分,分为太阳病、少阳病、阳明病、太阴病、少阴病、厥阴病。若只见三阴三阳就视为六经脉,不见后面的病字,是错拿三阴三阳六个概念硬套经脉。六经并不等于《伤寒论》三阴三阳六病,不能强加六经于《伤寒论》。应该使用三阴三阳六病辨证或简称六病辨证,才符合《伤寒论》的原义。

| Abstract: | The exopathogenic diseases are divided according to their yin-yang attributes into three yin and three yang diseases in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,including taiyang,shaoyang,yangming,taiyin,shaoyin and jueyin diseases.If three yin and three yang are only considered,they are six meridians;and if diseases are only considered,yin and yang concepts are wrongly applied.Six meridians are not equal to three yin and three yang diseases in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.Therefore,six diseasedifferentiation of three yin and three yang,or simply six diseasedifferentiation conform to the original meaning or intention of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases. |
