| 摘 要： | 目的比较脑转移瘤PET／CT、CT增强及MRI三种影像检查方法的优势及不足，从而更好的提高脑转移瘤的检出率。方法回顾性分析PET、CT、CT增强及MRI检查诊断为脑转移瘤并经临床放疗或化疗后证实的患者共18例，对PET／CT检查中出现误诊和漏诊的原因进行综合分析评价。结果18例经临床治疗后证实为脑转移瘤的病例，共发现脑转移病灶51个，PET／CT与增强扫描及MRI结果一致的病灶共42个，PET／CT检查误诊为其他病灶2个，误诊病灶数达3．9％（2／51），漏诊病灶7个，漏诊病灶数达13．7％（7／51），总共误诊及漏诊病灶数为9个，占所发现脑转移灶总数的17．6％。结论受大脑皮层基础代谢较高、PET分辩率及转移瘤病灶性质等因素的影响，PET／CT检查在诊断脑转移瘤方面存在一定的误诊及漏诊，如果联合CT增强及MRI检查，则可以明显降低脑转移瘤病灶的误诊及漏诊。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the advantage and disadvantage of PET/CT,CT enhancement and MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral metastases.
