米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防剖宫产术后出血的效果观察

目的观察米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防剖宫产术后出血的效果。方法取200名有剖宫产术后出血高危因素、且无米索前列醇使用禁忌证的产妇，随机分为观察组和对照组，对两组术后1、2、24h出血量及产后出血发生例数、术后2h子宫收缩力作比较。结果观察组剖宫产术后1、2、24h出血量均少于对照组（P〈0．05），术后子宫收缩力与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论米索前列醇联合缩宫素能较好地预防剖宫产术后出血。

Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Combined Misoprostol Oxytocin against Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combined misoprostol oxytocin against hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods Two hundreds delivery women with high-risk factors of postpartum bleeding after cesarean section without contraindication to misoprostol were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group. The amount of bleeding of 1,2 and 24 hours after operation,occurrence rate of postpartum hemorrhage and uterine contraction after 2 hours of delivery were compared accordingly. Results The amount of bleeding of 1,2 and 24 hours after cesarean section were fewer in the observational group than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups in the uterine contraction after the delivery was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined misoprostol oxytocin can better prevent postpartum bleeding after cesarean section.
