摘    要:
分析下丘脑背内侧核(nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, NDM)升压反应的机制。 方法:大鼠脑内或静脉注射不同药物,记录血压和心率的变化。结果:(1)谷氨酸(glutamate,Gin)注入NDM,P物质注入室旁核(nucleus  paraventricularis,NPV)或延髓头端腹外侧区(rostral ventrolateral medulla,RVL)均引起升压反应;(2)NDM升压反应可被双侧NPV或RVL内注入P物质拮抗剂衰减,但RVL内注入阿托品无此效应;(3)静脉注射酚妥拉明也能使NDM升压反应减小,而心得安或甲基阿托品静脉注射对该反应无影响。结论:Glu注入 NDM可通过NPV(P物质受体)和RVL(P物质受体)-交感缩血管神经系统引起升压反应。

Abstract:
Objective and Methods: Rifampin/ ethylcellulose microspheres were developed by inliquid drying method. The content of rifampin in microspheres was measured. Dissolution andscanning electron microscopy were employed to display the characteristic of the microspheres in vitro.Results: The prepared microspheres using seven different comPOsition ratios of ethylcellulose: rifampinin triplicates were round in appearance. The entrapment of rifampin was between 27. 2 % and 64. 8 %.The release of rifampin in various batches of microspheres can be discribed by Hiquchi equation.Conclusion: Rifampin microspheres can be prepared with ethyllcelulose by in-liquid drying method.
