膝关节置换术后疼痛的改善性护理

目的:探讨膝关节置换术后疼痛护理的改善措施,提高膝关节置换术后疼痛的护理效果。方法:通过改进膝关节置换术后疼痛的护理,建立膝关节置换术后疼痛护理工作指引,观察护理措施改善前组和改善后组的护理效果。结果:护理措施改善后组患者疼痛评分低于护理措施改善前组,第一次下床活动时间护理改善后组为2.30 d,早于改善前组3.80 d。结论:通过改善后的膝关节置换术后疼痛护理,能够更好地帮助患者缓解疼痛,促进患者功能康复。

Enhancing pain nursing instruction to patients of total knee arthroplasty

Objective：To explore the effect of enhancing pain nursing instruction on patients of total knee arthroplasty.Methods：To conduct a survey of nurses knowledge of pain care given to patients of total knee arthroplasty and promote the knowledge of nurses with regard to postoperation pain,establish nurse instruction for patients of total knee arthroplasty,and observe the effect of enhancing pain nursing instruction.Results：After the nursing enhancing,pain score was less after improvement,and the first time to get out of bed after improvement（2.30 days） was eraly than before improvement（3.80 days）.Conclusion：Enhancing pain nursing instruction on patients of total knee arthroplasty effectively achieved significantly positive results.
