卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法72例患者随机分为对照组和试验组，两组患者治疗前及治疗3个月后分别检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群并观察疗效。结果试验组有效率76．19％，对照组有效率53．33％，试验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），试验组治疗后CD4^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值均增高。结论卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常型银屑病疗效肯定，与调节免疫机能有关。

Effect of BCG-PSN on psoriasis vulgaris

Aim To observe the efficacy of BCG-PSN in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and the change of T- lymphocytes subgroup in peripheral blood of the patients. Methods There 72 psoriasis patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The clinical efficacy and level of T-lymphocytes subgroup wo groups were detected before therapy and 3 months after treatment. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 76.19%, and 53.33% in the control one, showing significant difference in two groups （P〈0.05）. The ratios of CD4^＋ to CD4^＋ CD8^＋ in the observation group was increased after therapy. Conclusion BCG-PSN is effective in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and it may involve the enhancemnt of immunity.
