输液治疗专业学组实施专项护理质量管理的做法与效果

目的探讨输液治疗专业学组在输液护理质量管理中的做法及效果。方法在全院筛选42名护士组成输液治疗专业学组,明确职责、完善规章制度、运用质量保证模式建立包括要素质量、环节质量、终末质量的静脉输液质量管理评价标准,并运用相关评价标准对全院的静脉输液质量进行管理。结果提高了静脉输液治疗护理质量及接受输液治疗患者对护理服务的满意度。结论建立输液治疗专业学组可以通过多维度质量控制及专业化护理达到输液护理质量持续提高的目的。

Practice and effects of establishing the transfusion treatment professional team for special management of nursing quality

Objective To explore the practice and effects of establishing the transfusion treatment professional team for special management of nursing quality. Methods A total of 42 nurses were selected and formed the transfusion treatment professional team. Among the team,duties were cleared,rules were perfected and evaluation standards of transfusion treatment quality management were made using the quality assurance model, including element quality, link quality and terminal quality. The quality of intravenous infusion was managed by using the evaluation standards. Results Both the quality of intravenous infusion nursing and patiants＇satisfaction of nursing services were improved after the establishment of transfusion treatment professional team. Conclusion The construction of transfusion treatment professional team can improve nursing quality of transfusion continuously by multi - dimensional quality control and professional nursing.
