两种剂型舒列康对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的影响

目的：研究两种剂型舒列康对甲醛-巴豆油混合致炎液所致大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的治疗作用及两种药物治疗作用的比较。方法：对造成非细菌性前列腺炎模型的各组大鼠灌胃给药,十天后处死,检测白细胞总数、前列腺重量指数及前列腺病理形态学变化,并对结果进行统计分析。结果：两种剂型舒列康各剂量组的白细胞总数低于模型组（P〈0．05）。前列腺重及重量指数明显低于模型组（P〈0．001）。镜下检查病理改变情况,两种剂型的高剂量组与模型组有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：两种刺型舒列康对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎均具有一定的治疗作用。

The effect of Shuliekang on non bacterial prostatis rats

Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of two form Shuliekang on non bacterial prostatitis rats induced by mixure with formaldehyde and croton , and contrast therapeutic effect of ShuLieKang in two forms. Methods： The non bacterial prostatitis rats were treated by garage with Shaliekang for ten days, after treatment, the rats were treated to death and executed to analyze the sum of white blood cell, weigh index of prostate and pathological tissues change. Results： The sum of white blood cell in all treatment groups were lower than those in the model groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The weigh and weigh index of prostate were significantly lower than those in the model groups （P 〈 0. 001 ）. By observeing in pathology, there are significantly difference between the large dose groups of two form ShuLieKang and the model groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion： ShuLieKang of two forms have both some therapeutic effect on non bacterial prostatitis rats.
