| 摘 要： | 目的评价在二级医院性病门诊中对就诊者进行性病、艾滋病防治干预措施的效果。方法对性病门诊病人进行问卷调查,在调查的基础上实施健康干预,复诊时再次进行调查并与干预前比较,评估干预效果。结果干预前后,性病就诊者对性病、艾滋病防治知识的知晓率、主动求医和通知性伴检查等比例上升明显。结论对性病门诊就诊者的干预有明显的效果,建议在医院性病门诊中进行健康干预。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the intervention effect of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) and AIDS among STD clinic clients in the level II hospitals. METHODS On the basis of questionnaire investigation for STD clinic clients, health intervention was carried out; another investigation was implemented during subsequent visit and compared with two investigation results, to evaluate the intervention effects.
