紫外分光光度法测定替米沙坦胶囊含量及溶出度

摘    要:目的:建立以紫外分光光度法测定替米沙坦胶囊含量及溶出度的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以0.1mol·L-1盐酸溶液作为溶剂,测定波长为291nm。结果:替米沙坦检测浓度在2~16μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.9%(RSD=0.24%,n=9)。结论:所建立的方法操作简便、结果准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determining the content and dissolution of Telmisartan Capsules by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry. METHODS: The determination was performed using Ultraviolet spectrophotometry with 0.1mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution as solvent. The detection wavelength was set at 291nm. RESULTS: The linear range of telmisartan was 2~16μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9), with average recovery at 99.9% (RSD=0.24%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is easy to operate and the results of the determination are accurate.
