| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨女性外阴血管瘤的治疗方法及时机。方法：对1994-1999年收治的14例女性外阴部血管瘤和7例海绵状血管瘤，分别采用平阳霉素局部注射和手术切除治疗。结果：毛细血管瘤全部治愈，海绵状血管瘤复发率为28.6%(2/7)，1例出现部分皮拉坏死并发症。结论：女性外阴部毛细血管瘤不宜在观察中等其自然消退，应积极采用平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗，海绵状血管瘤单纯用平阳霉素注射治疗效果不佳，宜采用手术切除。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an effective method and the best chance of treating hemangioma of vulva.Methods 14 cases of capillary hemangioma of vulva and 7 cases of cavenous hemangioma of vulua were treated with Bleomyin A 5 and local resection respectively.Results All the patients with capillary hemangioma of vulva were cured.The recurrence rate in the cavernous hemangioma was 28.6%(2/7).Conclusion The capillary hemangioma of vulva should be actively treated with Bleomycin A 5,but the cavernous hemangioma should be removed instead of being simply treated with Bleomycin A 5. |
