| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的价值。方法对经手术和病理证实的60例甲状腺癌及46例甲状腺腺瘤的二维声像图及彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)表现进行比较分析。结果甲状腺癌表现为周边无声晕、低回声及微钙化灶的检出率分别为83.33%(50/60)、71.67(43/60)和60.00%(36/60),甲状腺癌的CDFI大多表现为血流丰富,且肿瘤内部血流多于肿瘤周边血流,与甲状腺腺瘤有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论结合二维声像图及CDFI表现,对甲状腺癌可以做出较准确的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods The results of two-dimensional and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in sixty cases of thyroid carcinoma and forty six cases of thyroid adenoma,confirmed by pathology,were analyzed comparatively.Results The utrasonographic characteristics of thyroid carcinoma showed no halo sign in 83.33%(50/60),hypoechoic in 71.67%(43/60) and microcalcification in 60.00%(36/60),CDFI showed abundant in blood vessel in thyroid carcinoma and blood vessel in inside of carcinoma was more abundant than that of peripheral,there were significant differences in two-dimensional image and CDFI between thyroid carcinoma and thyroid adenoma.Conclusions Exact diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma is able to be made by the combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging. |
