| 摘 要： | [目的]观察通脉调气腹部推拿治疗紧张型头痛(Tension-Type Hendache,TTH)的治疗效果。[方法]将119例紧张型头痛病例随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(59例)两组,治疗组采用通脉调气腹部推拿治疗,对照组采用传统针灸治疗。两组分别治疗2个疗程,并随访3个月。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.6%,对照组76.3%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]通脉调气腹部推拿治疗紧张型头痛疗效优于传统针灸对照组。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe the Tongmai transfer gas abdominal massage treatment of tension -type headache （Tension - Type Hendache, TTH） of treatment. [ Methods ] 119 cases of tension - type headache were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （59 cases） groups, the treatment group were abdominal massage therapy Tongmai transfer gas, the control group treated with traditional acu- puncture. Treatment of two treatment groups, respectively, and were followed up for 3 months. [ Results ] The total effective rate was 96.6%, 76.3% of the control group, the two groups there was a significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion]Abdominal massage for Regulating Qi Tongmai tension -type headache was more effective than traditional acupuncture group. |
