| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻咽癌患者放疗前后听力的变化。方法 对63例鼻咽癌患者放疗前后采用纯音测听检测听觉功能。结果 鼻咽癌初次放疗对内耳感音功能无明显影响，对中耳传音功能有明显的改善作用。结论 鼻咽癌所致听力下降通过放疗可使听力得以不同程度的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the change in the patiert's ability befor and after radiation treatment to nasopharyngeal cancer.Method To test the listening ability of 63 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer before and after the treatment that shall be taken by non-noise listening test.Results The first radiation treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer has no apparent affect on the sensory function of the patients' inner ear but it can apparently optimize the transmitting function of the middle ear.Conclusion Radiation treatment can in certain aspect restore patients' listening function which has been affected by nasopharyngeal cancer. |
