腰大肌损伤性腰腿痛解剖学分析

目的　阐明腰大肌损伤引发腰腿痛的机制。方法　解剖 1 0具共 2 0侧男尸 ,对腰大肌相关结构 :腰椎及横突、股神经、肌腔隙进行解剖、观察、分析。结果　腰大肌损伤可发生在L3横突、肌腔隙、股骨小转子附着点三处。当腰大肌损伤时 ,疼痛可发生在这些部位。结论　腰大肌损伤在L3横突处 ,疼痛除发生在L3横突附着处 ,还可沿肌肉放射至大腿内侧 ,这就是腰大肌损伤性腰腿痛的原因

Analysis of anatomy of the lumbar and leg pain caused by psoas injury

Objective To study the mechanism of the lumbocrural pain rised from the psoas muscle injury Methods 10 adult male cadavers were dissected.The psoas muscle and related structures such as the transverse process of the lumbar vertebrae,the femoral nerve,the lacuna musculorum were observed.Results The psoas muscle injury occurred in three areas.The third lumbar vertebral transverse process,the lacuna musclorum,the femoral lesser trochanter.When the psoas muscles was injured,the pain occurred in theses areas.Conclusion When the paoas muscle injury occurred in the third lumbar vertebral transverse process,the pain not only happens in the local area,but also to the inner side of the thigh along the muscle.This is the cause that the lumbocrural pain rises from the psoas muscle injury.
