腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎临床疗效比较

目的:分析在急性阑尾炎患者治疗中应用腹腔镜手术和开腹手术的效果对比.方法:将本院2016年1月~2018年12月治疗的34例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=17)实施常规开腹手术治疗,观察组(n=17)实施腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床指标,并发症发生率等情况.结果:观察组患者手术时间、出院时间、排气时间短于对照组,两组数据对比有差异存在(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,两组数据对比有差异存在(P<0.05).结论:急性阑尾炎患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗优势明显,可有效减少患者手术时间,改善患者预后,降低并发症发生率.

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy Between Laparoscopy and Open Surgery for Acute Appendicitis

Objective:To analyze the effect comparison of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis.Methods:Thirty-four patients with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were taken as the research subjects.They were grouped by random number table.The control group(n=17)was treated with conventional open surgery.(n=17)Laparoscopic surgery was performed to compare the clinical indicators and the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients.Results:Patients in the study group had shorter operation time,discharge time,and exhaust time than the control group.There was a difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the study group than in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has obvious advantages in patients with acute appendicitis.It can effectively reduce the operation time,improve the prognosis of patients.
