全麻用气管导管在开腹手术患者全麻中的应用效果观察

目的:探究全麻用气管导管在开腹手术患者全麻中的应用价值.方法:选择2017年1月~2019年1月在本院接受开腹手术治疗的300例患者进行研究,将其按照入院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,各150例.所有开腹患者均接受全身麻醉,其中对照组开腹手术患者实施气管插管,观察组开腹手术患者实施气管导管,对比两组开腹手术治疗的患者基本生理指标以及麻醉后相关不良反应.结果:观察组开腹手术患者全麻效果优于对照组,各项生理指标以及不良反应与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:气管导管全麻在开腹手术中具有较高的应用价值.

Observation of the Effect of Tracheal Catheter for General Anesthesia in General Anesthesia for Patients Undergoing Open Surgery

Objective:To explore the application value of tracheal catheters for general anesthesia in general anesthesia for patients undergoing open surgery.Methods:A total of 300 patients who underwent open surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for study.They were divided into control group and observation group(150 cases/group)according to the order of admission time.All patients underwent laparotomy underwent general anesthesia.Among them,patients in the control group underwent laparotomy with tracheal intubation,and patients in the observation group underwent laparotomy with tracheal catheter.Results:The general anesthesia effect of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The physiological indicators and adverse reactions were compared with the control group:(P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia of tracheal catheters has higher application value in open surgery.
