经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管在消化系统肿瘤患者肠外营养中应用及护理进展

随着我国人口老龄化加重,生活水平提高,饮食结构调整,消化系统肿瘤的发病率逐年增高,胃肠手术及化疗变得越来越常见.同时,肠外营养作为肠内营养困难的消化系统肿瘤患者主要营养支持手段,对于患者预后有着重要意义.而目前肠外营养滴注方式主要是以静脉系统输注为主.虽然通过不同静脉入路方式如钢针、留置针、经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)、中心静脉置管(CVC)等进行肠外营养各有优劣,但随着越来越多研究表明,PICC在消化系统肿瘤患者肠外营养中应用较其他方式具有并发症少,舒适度高,预后好等优点.文章就经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管在消化系统肿瘤患者肠外营养中应用及护理进展作一综述.

Application and Nursing Progress of Peripheral Inserted Central Catheter in Parenteral Nutrition in Patients with Digestive System Tumors

With the aging of Chinese population,the improvement of living standards,the adjustment of diet structure,the incidence of digestive system tumors has increased year by year,and gastrointestinal surgery and chemotherapy have become more and more common.At the same time,parenteral nutrition,as the main nutritional support method for patients with digestive system tumors suffering from intestinal nutrition,is of great significance for patients’prognosis.The current parenteral nutrition infusion method is mainly intravenous infusion.Although parenteral nutrition has different advantages and disadvantages through different venous approaches such as steel needles,indwelling needles,peripheral inserted central catheter(PICC),and central venous catheterization(CVC),but with many studies have shown that the application of PICC in parenteral nutrition of patients with digestive system tumors has the advantages of fewer complications,higher comfort,and better prognosis.This article reviews the application and nursing progress of parenteral nutrition in patients with gastrointestinal tumors through peripheral inserted central catheterization.
