| 摘 要： | 目的:观察慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗的有效性和安全性.方法:选取本院2017年3月~2018年3月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者74例,随机分为观察组37例(鼻内窥镜手术)和对照组37例(传统手术),对比治疗效果.结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.6%、不良反应发生率48.6%、嗅觉障碍(2.2±0.5)分、头晕头痛(2.1±0.7)分、鼻分泌物(3.1±1.2)分、鼻塞评分(4.4±1.1)分均优于对照组75.7%、16.2%、(3.2±0.6)分、(3.4±0.7)分、(4.7±1.3)分、(5.2±1.3)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者安全有效. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:A total of 74 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(nose endoscopic surgery)and the control group(native surgery).Compare treatment effects.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.6%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 48.6%,olfactory disturbance(2.2±0.5),dizziness and headache(2.1±0.7),nasal secretion(3.1±1.2),and nasal congestion score(4.4±1.1)points were better than the control group 75.7%,16.2%,(3.2±0.6)points,(3.4±0.7)points,(4.7±1.3)points,(5.2±1.3)points,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery is safe and effective for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. |
