有创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭的临床分析

目的:关于采用有创机械通气治疗方案对ICU重症心力衰竭患者进行治疗的效果评价.方法:将2017年1月~2019年4月来本院接受治疗的35例ICU重症心力衰竭患者作为观察组,对所有患者均通过有创机械通气方案进行治疗,选择同期来本院进行治疗的另外35例ICU重症心力衰竭患者作为对照组,患者在治疗的过程中均选择采用常规的疗法进行干预,对两组患者经不同治疗以后,临床效果进行比较.结果:经过治疗以后,本文观察组患者的HR(心率)为(84.25±2.7)次/min,对照组为(98.71±3.82)次/min,P<0.05;观察组患者的R(呼吸频率)为(20.41±2.23)次/min,对照组为(29.18±4.56)次/min,P<0.05;对两组患者经过不同治疗以后的SpO2(经皮动脉血氧饱和度)、LVEF(左心室功能)、SaO2(动脉血氧饱和度)、BNP(心衰定量标志物)等相关指标进行比较,观察组明显比对照组更优越,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性.结论:对ICU重症心力衰竭患者治疗时,通过有创机械通气方案进行干预,能够有效地帮助患者改善心率和呼吸频率,综合改善患者各项指标,对于提升治疗效果,保证治疗的价值具有重要意义.

Clinical Analysis of Invasive Mechanical Ventilation in the Treatment of Severe Heart Failure in ICU

Objective:To evaluate the effect of invasive mechanical ventilation treatment on patients with severe heart failure in ICU.Methods:Thirty-five ICU patients with severe heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were used as the observation group in this article.All patients were treated with invasive mechanical ventilation program,and they were selected to be treated in our hospital during the same period.Another 35 ICU patients with severe heart failure were used as the control group in this paper.The patients chose to use conventional therapy to intervene during the treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after different treatments.Results:After treatment,the HR(heart rate)of the observation group was(84.25±2.7)times/min,and the control group was(98.71±3.82)times/min,P<0.05;R(respiratory frequency)of the observation group It was(20.41±2.23)times/min,and the control group was(29.18±4.56)times/min,P<0.05;SpO2(percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation),LVEF(left ventricular function),Comparing SaO2(oxygen saturation in arterial blood)and BNP(quantitative markers of heart failure)and other related indicators,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,there was statistical difference.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with severe heart failure in ICU,intervention through invasive mechanical ventilation can effectively help patients to improve heart rate and respiratory rate,and comprehensively improve various indicators of patients.It is important to improve the effect of treatment and ensure the value of treatment.
