摘    要:双血氧饱和度监测在新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of Newborn,PPHN)的筛查和评估治疗疗效中有着重要的意义.血氧监测虽然是监护仪的必备参数之一,但一般情况下监护仪仅支持一个通道的血氧,需要另外配模块才能达到双血氧饱和度监测的目的,这样不仅增加的设备成本,还需要进行模块管理.文章提出了一种基于一通道血氧但实现了双血氧饱和度监测的监护仪系统设计.

Abstract:The monitoring of double blood oxygen saturation is of great significance in the screening and assessment of treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension(PPHN)in newborns.Although blood oxygen monitoring is one of the necessary parameters of the monitor,in general,the monitor supports only one channel of blood oxygen.An additional module is needed to achieve the purpose of monitoring the double blood oxygen saturation,which not only increases the equipment cost,but also requires module management.This paper proposes a monitor system design based on one-channel blood oxygen,but with dual blood oxygen saturation monitoring.
