丹参多酚酸盐对稳定型心绞痛患者治疗作用机制的研究

目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐治疗稳定型心绞痛的作用机制。方法58例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为丹参多酚酸盐治疗组（30例）和复方丹参注射液对照组（28例）,两组均治疗2周。比较两组疗效及治疗前、后血小板聚集率和P选择素的水平。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的67.9%（P〈0.05）;治疗组在降低血小板聚集率和P选择素方面优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论丹参多酚酸盐能明显降低血小板聚集率和P选择素的水平,有效缓解心绞痛。

Study on the mechanism of salvianolate on patients with stable angina pectoris

Objective To study the mechanism of salvianolate on patients with stable angina peetoris. Methods Totally 58 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into salvianolate treatment group （n=30） and compound danshen injection control group （n=28）. Each group was treated for 2 weeks. Efficacy, platelet aggregation rate and level of P-selectin before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （93.3% vs. 67.9% ,P〈0.05）; The reductions of platelet aggregation rate and P-selectin level in treatment group were superior to those in control group （both P〈0.05）. Conclusion Salvianolate can significantly decrease platelet aggregation rate and P-selectin level, and effectively relieve angina pectoris.
