摘    要:
随着区域医疗应用的不断发展,通过互联网进行医学信息交互将越来越广泛。作为医学信息中具有最大数据量和重要临床诊断价值的医学影像资源,其互联网应用具有更高的要求,既要能够快速传输,也要满足临床诊断的完美显示需要。首先分析了TDICOM标准相关的WADO传输机制,然后提出了一种基于HTML5技术的WADO扩展应用架构,最后通过针对一类特定CT数据的实验证实了架构的有效性。实验表明所提出的架构在遵循DICOM标准的基础上,利用HTML5的新特性,实现了无插件(plug—in—less)式交互,可以在互联网上传输和处理16位医学影像原始数据,能满足广域网范围临床诊断对影像数据高质量显示的需要。

Abstract:
Along the development of regional medical treatment, the exchange of medical infonnation is more and more relying on internet. As maximum data and important clinical diagnose medical imaging resource of medical information, it requires more in internet application. It shall not only transfer quickly, but satisfy the demand of perfect display in clinical diagmose. Firstly, it analyzed WADO transfer mechanism related with DICOM standards, then it put forward a extended WADO application framework based on HTMLS, and finally, it testified the effectiveness of the framework with specific CT data tests. As indicated by the tests, the framework is based on DICOM standards, adopted the new features of HTMLS, realized plug-in-less interaction, can transfer 16-bit original data of medical imaging, and can meet the demand of high quality display of image data in clinical diagnosis of WAN.
