| 摘 要： | 目的建立净丹参及酒炙丹参的薄层质控方法。方法采用薄层层析法对净丹参、酒炙丹参进行鉴别研究。结果所用方法可鉴别净丹参及酒炙丹参的特征斑点。结论本方法操作简便、专属性强、重复性好,能有效地控制净丹参与酒炙丹参质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the quality standard for the Jing Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and the Jiu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Methods: The Jing Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and the Jiu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was identified by TLC.Results: The methods could identify the characteristic spots of the Jing Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and the Jiu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Conclusion: This method is simple and special in operation,the results are stable with a good repeatality.These can be well applied to control the quality of the Jing Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and the Jiu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. |
