临床场景模拟教学在儿科学见习教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的 探索临床场景模拟教学方法 在儿科学见习教学中的应用.方法 对中南大学湘雅三医院临床医学专业学生的部分儿科学见习教学内容进行调整,设计场景模拟病案和操作规划,在2年内对五年制和七年制4个班的学生进行教学.结果 所进行的临床场景模拟病案讨论和操作技能训练得到了学生的普遍认可.结论 临床场景模拟教学应用于儿科学见习教学可以提高教学效果.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of clinical scenario simulated teaching in pediatric probation.Methods Part of the pediatric probation teaching in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were adjusted, the actual scenario simulation teaching cases and skill operation planning were designed, and in 2 years the teaching for 5-year and 7-year program medical students of total 4 classes were implemented.Results The implementation of clinical scenario simulation cases discussion and skills training were generally well recognized by the students.Conclusions The clinical scenario simulated teaching applied in pediatric probation can improve the teaching effect.
