手术与非手术治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的比较

目的比较手术与非手术治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法选择106例肱骨外科颈骨折的老年患者，其中56例行锁定加压钢板法手术治疗（手术组），50例予皮牵引甩手法非手术治疗（对照组），术后随访6～10个月，比较两组患者的临床疗效和并发症情况。结果优良率：手术组83．9％，对照组60．0％，两组差异有统计学意义（x2=7．61，P〈0．01）；并发症：手术组无并发症发生，对照组出现5例，两组差异有统计学意义（x2=3．86，P〈0．05）。结论手术治疗对老年肱骨外科颈骨折的恢复具有更好的疗效，并发症少。

Comparison of surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment for dderly patients with humeral surgical neck fracture

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture for elderly patients. Methods 106 elderly patients who were diagnosed of fracture of surgical neck of humerus were selacted as the research object, of which 56 patients underwent surgical treatment using locking compression plate ( Operation group ), 50 patients underwent non - surgical treatment using skin traction smoothing method( Control group) ,all the patients were followed up for 6 to 10 months,the clinical efficacy and complications were eorpared. Results Operation group, good rate of 83.9％, significantly higher than contra group,good rate of 60.0％ ,the difference was statistically significant ( x2 = 7.61, P ＜ 0.01 ). Operation group, no postoperative complications,5 cases of non- surgical complications, two groups had significant differences in complications (x2 =3.86, P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Surgical treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures in elderly rehabilitation had better efficacy, fewer complications.
