国产与进口聚丙烯补片在无张力疝修补术中的效果比较

目的比较国产和进口聚丙烯补片在无张力疝修补术中的效果及安全性。方法选择我院2008年6月～2010年6月因腹股沟疝需要接受手术的患者153例,按患者意愿分为A、B两组,A组(99例)接受国产补片(善愈,北京天助畅运公司生产)治疗,B组(54例)接受进口补片(Gynemesh,美国强生公司生产)治疗。结果两组在手术操作时间、术后切口感染、术后6月内疼痛的发生率及术后1年复发率等方面差异无统计学意义。和B组比较,A组住院费用显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论国产聚丙烯补片和进口聚丙烯补片同样安全有效,而且国产聚丙烯补片明显降低了医疗费用。
