初发性生殖器疱疹的疗程与远期疗效的相关性研究

目的 探讨初发性生殖器疱疹的疗程与远期疗效的关系.方法 用阿昔洛韦和转移因子联合治疗初发性生殖器疱疹,通过长程(3个月)、中程(1个月)、短程(7天)三种不同的疗程治疗,随访1年,观察其治疗后期复发率.结果 痊愈率和有效率在长程组最高,分别为50.00%和84.21%,中程组分别为22.86%和54.29%,短程组分别为2.94%和23.53%,三组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 初发性生殖器疱疹患者治疗后的远期疗效长程最佳,其次为中程组,短程组最差.

Relative research of treatment period and long-dated effects for primary gemtal herpes

Objective To explore the relations of treatment period and long-dated effect for primary genital her-pes. Methods Primary genital herpes was treated with combination of transfer factor and acyclovir. The pationts were devided into three groups: long period group treated for three months, middle period group for one months and short period group for seven days. The recurrence of post-treatment was observed after 1 year. Results The long period group had the highest cure rate and effective rate, they were 50.00% and 84.21% respectively, the rates of 22.86% and 54.29% in the middle period group, the rates of 2.94% aad 23.53% in the short period group, there were differences between each group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The long period group of genital herpes had the highest cure rate and effective rate, the next was middle period group, the short period group had the lowest rate.
