妊娠高血压综合征血小板活化分子标志物的变化及意义

目的:通过妊娠高血压综合征血小板分子标志物的测定,观察妊高征血小板的活化程度。方法:选择各期妊高征患者共60例,正常妊娠晚期孕妇(对照组)15例,采用流式细胞术(FC)测定全血P-选择素,GPⅡb/Ⅲa的含量。结果:妊高征组与对照组相比,P-选择素、GPⅡb/Ⅲa明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);轻中度妊高征与重度妊高征相比,P-选择素、GPⅡb/Ⅲa均有明显差异(P<0.01);重度妊高征与先兆子痫相比,P-选择素、GPⅡb/Ⅲa均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:重度妊高征血小板P-选择素,GPⅡb/Ⅲa的含量明显升高,血小板处于活化状态。

The change of the molecular marker of platelet activation in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and its significance

Objective:To observe the activative degree of platelet in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) by detecting the molecular markers of platelet activation of PIH.Methods:60 cases of patients with PIH(PIH group) and 15 cases of normotensive pregnancy women(normal control group) were selected to determine whole blood P-selectin and content of GPⅡb/Ⅲa by flow cytometry.Results:P-selectin and GPⅡb/Ⅲa in PIH group were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.05,P<0.01).There were significant differences in P-selectin and GPⅡb/Ⅲa between mild and moderate PIH and severe PIH(P<0.01).There were not significant differences in P-selectin and GPⅡb/Ⅲa between severe PIH and preeclampsia(P>0.05).Conclusion:High levels of P-selectin and GPⅡb/Ⅲa expressions are present in patients with severe PIH,suggesting the presence of platelet activation in these patients.
