肺炎患儿血白细胞吞噬功能与氧自由基的关系

摘    要:
研究目的 探讨支气管肺炎患儿外周血白细胞吞噬功能的改变以及与氧自由基的关系。 研究方法 支气管肺炎35例,正常健康儿童40例为对照组。用酵母多糖诱发依赖鲁米诺的全血化学发光技术测定外周血白细胞吞噬功能,同时测超氧化物歧化酶活性,脂质过氧化物含量。 研究结果 支气管肺炎患儿极期和恢复期外周血白细胞基础发光、吞噬活性、最大吞噬活性及峰时均与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。经 Spearman秩和相关检验初步得出白细胞吞噬功能与氧自由基无明显相关(P>0.05)。 结论 支气管肺炎患儿白细胞吞噬功能及血浆调理活性降低。白细胞吞噬功能的强弱与氧自由基生成和释放的多少不相关。

Abstract:
Objectives To search for the peripheral blood leukocytes phagocytic function in the child patients withbronchopneumonia and the re1ationship betwepn it and oxygen free radical. Methods There are 35 child patients with bronchopneumonia in observation group and 40 hea1th chi-ldren in control group. Peripheral blood leukocytes phagocytic function was determined by zymosan-inducedand depended on luminol whole blood chemiluminescence reaction. At the same time, the superoxide dismu-lase activity and lipid peroxide content were determined too. Results There is significant difference on basal luminescence, phagocytic activity, maximum phagocy-tic activity and peak time of peripheral blood leukocytes between observation group (crisis and convales-cence) and control group (P<0.01). There if no obvious correlation between leukocytes phagocytic func-tion and oxygen free radical (rank test, P>0.05). Conclusions The leukocytes phagocytic function and plasma opsonic activity are decreased in child patie-nts with bronchopneumonia. Leukocytes phagocytic function don't correlate with oxygen free radical.
