| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手法痉挛松动术对痉挛型脑瘫大运动的影响。方法:将40例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组20例, 对照组20例。治疗组接受手法痉挛松动术并神经发育疗法;对照组只接受神经发育疗法。采用大运动功能评估量表(GMFM) 进行大运动功能评分及改良的Ashworth量表(MAS)评定痉挛程度。结果:治疗组与对照组相比大运动评分及痉挛程度均有显 著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:在治疗痉挛型脑瘫时,手法痉挛松动术应视为神经发育疗法的前奏和基础。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of manual spasticity mobilization (MSM) on the gross motion function in children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods: Forty patients with 20 cases in the trail group and 20 cases in the control group. The trail group was treated with MSM as the main approach and neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT).the control group was treated with NDT. The gross motion function measure (GMFM) and the modified Ashworth scale (MAS) were used to evaluate the gross motion function and spasticity scale. Results: The gross Motion function and spasticity scale that the trail group improved was remarkable (PC<0.01) than the control group after treatment. Conclusion: MSM was the prelude and foundation of NDT. |
